A bit of a mystery that seems to work on the principile that a rummage in what could be a stage set for a second-hand bookshop and the chance of somewhere to keep warm and dry will sell a book or two - and it seems to work - especially now there is a more traditional bookroom at the back run by another dealer. - Arthur Hook 14.12.10.

Wild and Homeless Books, established as a second-hand bookshop in February 2009, offers a variety of books that are often difficult to find elsewhere. The focus is fiction, poetry and drama but a there are a few shelves in this small space for travel, history and biography. With four bookshops in the bustling market town of Bridport, avoiding the by-pass makes more sense than ever.
