    A wonderful, slightly chaotic second hand shop with a large and up to date stock that is pushing the limits of the space available.     The sign on the door said 'back in five minutes.' Half an hour later a man, who had walked past me four times, asked if I was waiting for the shop to open. I replied positively, after which he told me that he had lost his keys and could not enter the shop to start for the day. He asked what books I was searching for and after I listed generic titles told me: "We have nothing like that in stock." I went away frustrated.
