6.11.19. After a couple of months of renovation at the hotel, Bloomsbury Book Fair on Sunday 10 will be back to our normal size and in the whole of the Galleon Suite. Come along and see all your favourite dealers selling a vast and varied array of material. 4.11.19. Leeds Record & Book Fair on November 9 is a monthly record fair with books and ephemera. Usually about 25 stallholders with 45+ tables of vinyl and 10+ tables of books. An eclectic mix of collectable, rare and obscure records, and a wide selection of secondhand books and ephemera.  Add a comment

4.11.19. The Peterborough Book Fair on November 10 is held at Elton, a pretty village only 5 minutes drive from the junction of the A1/A605. Established for over 20 years and held 5 times a year. Up to 14 exhibitors offering a good selection of books and some postcards. Free parking. Homemade refreshments. A wide range of books on offer with natural history, collectable children's books, crime fiction and topography featuring strongly. There are usually also postcards and some ephemera. 14.10.19. 25 dealers from around the country will be attending the Haydock Book Fair at the racecourse on Saturday, October 19th. There will be a wide variety of stock available including transport, sporting and motoring books, local history, natural history, literature, poetry, modern 1st editions, detective fiction, books written and illustrated for children, fine bindings, Sherlock Holmes, P G Wodehouse, art, local interest, architecture and more. 8.09.19. Lyndhurst Book Fair on September 21 is regularly held in this popular New Forest tourist destination. There will be plenty of Observer's and Warne books to buy from society members and regular stallholders at this special event - plus the usual wide range of subjects at prices to suit all pockets. 18.08.19. Tunbridge Wells Book Fair on September 7 will see quality secondhand and antiquarian books, prints and ephemera offered by 15-20 experienced dealers, including members of the ABA and PBFA. 12.08.19. The second PBFA Bakewell book fair of 2019 will be on Saturday 17th August, 10-4. at the usual venue of the Agricultural Business Society. There should be 27 dealers with a good variety of books and other associated paper ephemera. Conveniently the centre is surrounded by car parks and the centre of Bakewell is only 2-3 minutes walk away over the bridge - just the place to go for a pleasant day out in the Peak District. 11.08.19. The Sherborne Book Fair on August 17 has been a feature of life in this delightful Dorset town for over 40 years. 24.03.19. Rare Books Edinburgh is a festival dedicated to rare, collectable, and important books and the history of the book. Edinburgh's finest bookish institutions have arranged talks, exhibitions, and workshops for collectors, bibliophiles, and book-lovers, the majority of them free to all. The talks include introductions suitable for budding book-lovers and those merely curious about the history of the book, along with scholars delving into their latest research. 24.02.19. The New Forest Book Fair on March 2 is a long established book event held in the popular tourist destination of Lyndhurst. Usually has 15 - 20 dealers from across the south of England covering a wide range of subjects and prices to suit all pockets. 11.02.19. The Sherborne Book Fair on February 16 has been a feature of life in this delightful Dorset town for over 40 years.
